Bitcoin Slumps To Lowest Levels Since February – 12 June, 2018

Bitcoins long term viability was further doubted today as the cryptocurrency slipped to its weakest levels since February, dropping as much as 4.6 percent to $6,450.01 and a total slide for the year to 50 percent. When the cryptocurrency hit the mainstream in December 2017, it hit a high of $19,511. On Monday, Bitcoin tumbled 12 percent on the news that a South Korean cryptocurrency exchange lost an unknown quantity of the digital currency.
