Dollar Reaches Three And A Half Month High – 26 April, 2018

The dollar hit a three and a half month high against a basket of major currencies with it’s index reaching 91.639, its strongest since mid January. The euro fell to $1.20965, its lowest level since January, and settled at $1.21805, down 1.5 percent on the week. Against the yen, the dollar fell slightly from its two and a half month high of 109.49 yen earlier this week to 109.33, gaining 1.5 percent this week. The pound last stood at $1.3915, down 0.6 percent this week.
