Dollar Slips To Yen Due To Trade Tensions – 3 April, 2018

The yen fell 0.7 percent on Tuesday and is currently down to 106.56 per dollar as trade tensions between the U.S. and China has left the outlook on the dollar murky. The greenback has already lost 2.2 percent this year against a basket of six major currencies and has been trading at around 90.133 against them. The euro slipped to a two week low decreasing by 0.3 percent to $1.2276 but is currently up 0.1 percent to $1.2274. The pound gained 0.1 percent to $1.4053.
