Global Trade War Threats Causes Dollar To Dip – 25 June, 2018
The uncertainty and tension derived from a possible trade war between the U.S. and its trade partners has caused the dollar to edge lower against the yen. The dollar is down 0.15 percent to 109.60 yen, and hit a two week low earlier this week of 109.365 yen. The euro rose to a one week high of $1.1713 and settled at $1.1705, while the dollar index dropped from the 11 month high it hit last week, falling to 94.263.
