Crude stocks rose more than expected last week causing prices to decline for the third straight day. U.S. crude fell 1.6 percent to $64.50 per barrel, West Texas Intermediate futures fell 1 percent and 67 cents to $63.83 per barrel, and global benchmark Brent crude was at $68.33 per barrel, down 69 cents or 1 percent, landing on a two-week low.
