Oil Prices Gain On Supply And Demand Worries – 14 September, 2018
Oil managed to gain back some of its losses from the previous session with Brent and WTI both on track to continue to gain this week. Brent crude was up 8 cents and 0.1 percent to $78.26 per barrel, and West Texas Intermediate futures was up 18 cents and 0.2 percent to $68.76 per barrel. Brent is on track for a 1.8 percent gain this week and WTI is on track for a 1.5 percent gain. The gains come as supply concerns are countering worries about emerging market roadblocks and trade tensions would hinder demand.
