Oil Prices Rise As OPEC Pushes Cuts To 2019- 28 March, 2018
Oil prices rose this week as OPEC announced its plans to extend output cuts until 2019. West Texas Intermediate rose to $64.62 per barrel, up 24 cents and 0.4 percent. Brent crude futures were up to $69.81 per barrel, up 0.4 percent and 28 cents per barrel. The U.S. oil production hit a record of 10.43 million barrels per day, surpassing Saudi Arabia as a top exporter.
