Despite multiple uncertainties around the world such as conflict in the Middle East, U.S. sanctions in Iran, and a threat to Syria, these possible oil market disruptions have caused the price of oil to rise. WTI crude is up 39 cents and 0.6 percent to $66.61 per barrel, while Brent Crude is up 38 cents and 0.5 percent to $71. 80 per barrel.
