U.S. Oil Production Broke 47 Year Record – 28 February, 2018
U.S. crude output broke a 47 year old record in November when it rose to 10.057 million barrels per day. Production fell in December by 180,000 to 9.949 million barrels per day. The U.S. pushed passed Saudi Arabia as a producer and is now only topped by Russia. Oil is predicted to hit the 11 million barrels per day output sometime this year though the new record is not expected to last.
