The dollar weakened for a second straight session and a one week low on uncertainty over the Feds eagerness to raise interest rate hikes, coupled with discouraging tweets from President Trump. Rate hike expectations dipped from 78 percent and markets are leaning towards a 70 percent chance of rate increases. After slipping to a low since Dec 10. the dollar index fell 0.1 percent to 96.975.
