Spot gold fell by 1.2% to $ 1796.50 an ounce after falling to its lowest level since February 4 during the session, and US gold futures fell 1.3% to $ 1799.00 an ounce. As for the other precious metals, silver fell by 1.1% to $ 27.29 an ounce, while palladium rose 0.1% to $ 2,391.33, after rising earlier in the session to $ 2,424.26, its highest level in a
