Yellen Steps Down As Fed Chair – 20 November, 2017
Janet Yellen, the chair of the Federal Reserve is set to step down from her position once Jerome Powell, her successor, is sworn into office in February. The board has yet to appoint a vice chairman, leaving Trump four spots in need of filling. Because of the numerous devisions the Fed governors run, it’s in the best interest of the U.S. to fill these seats as soon as possible.
