Yen Knocked Down From Two Week High – 24 May, 2018
The yen slipped from a two week high against the dollar after President Trump called off a June meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un who said he would still be open to sorting out issues. The yen fell to 109.60 yen, down 0.3 percent, while the dollar index was not far from the five month high it hit on Wednesday, settling at 93.844 and up 0.1 percent. The euro is close to hitting a six week fall against the dollar, last landing on $1.1718.
